Triển khai Luật Bảo vệ môi trường: Đẩy mạnh phân cấp, phân quyền cho địa phương

Thực hiện chỉ đạo của Chính phủ và Thủ tướng Chính phủ, Bộ TN&MT đã nghiêm túc tổ chức rà soát, đánh giá kết quả thực hiện Nghị định số 08/2022/NĐ-CP trong thời gian vừa qua. Dự kiến, khoảng 70% thủ tục hành chính (TTHC) về môi trường của Bộ sẽ được cắt giảm, trong đó, 60% phân cấp, phân quyền cho địa phương, 10% thủ tục được cắt giảm nhằm điều kiện thuận lợi hơn khi triển khai trong thực tiễn.
