Proactively review weaknesses and vulnerabilities in information systems, especially platforms with serious weaknesses such as Windows operating system products, Windows Server, Microsoft Azure SFX, Apache Open Office, Spring Framework... to promptly update and patch these weaknesses according to the instructions of the product suppliers. Activate the automatic system update feature and back up systems regularly to ensure that systems are always operated to meet business requirements as prescribed. Appoint technical staff to continuously monitor and supervise systems during the holiday to ensure timely detection, handling, and remediation of network attacks and verified malicious code warnings. Check and fully update information security patches for information systems. For systems that detect signs of attack, it is necessary to apply measures to remove malware and clean the system before updating weakness patches, or consider reinstalling the system. from scratch or restore from the most recent clean backup to ensure complete removal of malicious code.
Propagate and disseminate to raise awareness of information security for all officers and employees in the unit, seriously comply with information security procedures for information systems.
Disseminate the Ministry's information security website (http://attt.dinte.gov.vn/) to all officers and employees in the unit for reference on how to prevent online fraud and cyber attacks to avoid information leakage in the online environment.
